A month
There is some cool news as of late. Jay was in a poker tournament and he won 13 thousand dollars. That was nice! He got us a tempur-pedic bed with the money. It was cool too, this is the bed that we got. Even cooler? We got it for a thousand dollars cheaper. I saw someone selling one on Craigslist and it was still available. Yay! It was a total bitch getting it into the apartment though. (We got the biggest one, a CA King size)
We have only been in it one night, and it is very comfortable, and I like it a lot. However it's stiff at first, and I found myself sleeping too long. I was warned that I should wait a few weeks before making a final judgement.
As for what he is going to do with the rest of his windfall, no idea. We might go to vegas for a vacation, but now he is convinced we will get to go for free when he wins a seat to the World Series of Poker. Well, let's hope he is right.
